We are currently seeking a Full Stack - WebApps to join our team in Mexico City, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Perfil de Habilidades – Desarrollador Full Stack (Web Apps)

Experiencia requerida: +3 años desarrollando aplicaciones web en entornos productivos

1. Competencias Técnicas (Imprescindibles)

Frontend

• Dominio de HTML5, CSS3 y JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experiencia sólida con frameworks modernos :
• React.js (preferido), Angular o Vue.js
• Manejo de state management (Redux, Context API, Vuex, etc.)
• Consumo e integración de APIs REST y/o GraphQL
• Diseño de interfaces responsivas (Mobile First)
• Conocimientos de accesibilidad web (WCAG) básicos
• Manejo de herramientas de build y bundling (Vite, Webpack, npm/yarn)

Backend

• Experiencia desarrollando APIs con al menos uno de los siguientes stacks:
• Node.js (Express, NestJS)
• Java (Spring Boot)
• Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• .NET (ASP.NET Core)
• Diseño de servicios RESTful y manejo de autenticación/autorización (JWT, OAuth)
• Gestión de lógica de negocio y patrones de diseño básicos (MVC, Clean Architecture)

Bases de Datos

• Experiencia con:
• Relacionales : MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
• No relacionales : MongoDB, DynamoDB (deseable)
• Diseño de modelos de datos y optimización de consultas
• Conocimientos de ORMs (Sequelize, TypeORM, Hibernate, Entity Framework, etc.)

Control de Versiones y DevOps Básico

• Uso profesional de Git (GitFlow, PRs, code reviews)
• Experiencia trabajando con repositorios en GitHub, GitLab o Azure DevOps
• Conocimientos básicos de:
• CI/CD
• Docker (deseable)
• Deploy en entornos cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP – nivel práctico)

2. Experiencia en Web Applications

• Desarrollo de aplicaciones web completas (end-to-end)
• Experiencia en entornos productivos con usuarios reales
• Mantenimiento y evolución de sistemas existentes
• Manejo de bugs, refactorización y mejora de performance
• Experiencia trabajando con arquitecturas SPA o microservicios (deseable)

3. Calidad y Buenas Prácticas

• Escritura de código limpio, legible y mantenible
• Conocimientos de testing:
• Unit testing (Jest, Mocha, JUnit, etc.)
• Testing de frontend (Cypress, Testing Library – deseable)
• Aplicación de principios SOLID y buenas prácticas de seguridad básica (OWASP Top 10)

4. Metodologías y Colaboración

• Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles (Scrum / Kanban)
• Participación en ceremonias ágiles (dailies, planning, refinements)
• Capacidad para trabajar con diseñadores UX/UI, QA y Product Owners
• Documentación técnica clara (README, diagramas básicos)
