Apartment Manager

Morganton Management & Development, LLC is a Professional Multi-Family Property Management Company that specializes in apartment communities through the United States. We are looking to hire an Experienced Community Manager for a 135-unit apartment community. Our experienced Manager will have experience with a minimum of two years' experience, will work closely with the Vice President, Regional Manager, contractors, and more. You are expected to be dedicated, punctual, knowledgeable in multi-family rental, friendly, and professional. Morganton Management believes in authenticity and transparency with team members, investors, and contractors. We are looking for an energetic and ambitious critical thinker to join our team. Must be results oriented and enjoy helping people find homes. Responsibilities: Market your apartment community. Build relationships. Work on marketing to execute and create marketing and social media plans. Manage all leasing duties such as tour applications and final leasing paperwork. Plan, schedule, and host resident events. Manage and track expenses to ensure they are in line with budget expectations. Standing, lifting, bending. Maintain the resident database, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
