Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead a high-performing sales team and provide mentoring and coaching
- Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to secure business
- Track sales performance and create reports for senior management
- 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
