Seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to connect with potential customers via inbound inquiries, focusing on closing sales and providing tailored insurance solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Handle inbound inquiries to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong customer relationships and utilizing consultative sales techniques Communicate the value of insurance products while guiding customers through the sales process Required qualifications At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a sales environment Active P&C license in the state of residence Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets Proficiency with CRM systems and managing multiple platforms simultaneously Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals
