Job SummaryThe Director of Wafer Fab Operations is responsible for the overall performance of the Furnace, Thin Films, Epi, CMP, and Implant modules within the wafer fabrication facility. This role provides end-to-end ownership and accountability for safety, quality, output, yield, cycle time, equipment performance, workforce capability, and cost across these manufacturing areas. The Director is responsible for achieving business objectives through strong operational leadership, disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
