What You Will Do:
- Face-to-Face Support: Guide local customers through account setups, service upgrades, and general inquiries with a positive, professional attitude.
- Campaign Coordination: Help our team execute daily outreach strategies and maintain a professional footprint in our local markets.
- Skill Building: Attend daily workshops focused on emotional intelligence, public speaking, and business operations.
- Trainer Progression: Once you master the basics of customer service, step into a trainer role to interview, onboard, and mentor new team members.
