As a Regional Sales Manager within PNC' Wealth Management, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. Regional Sales Managers lead a team of Financial Advisors and support staff within a highly collaborative circuit of bank branches. PNC Wealth Management executes an advice and planning strategy focused on helping clients meet their savings, investing and retirement goals. Our team of financial planning experts support our advisor teams in creating personalized solutions in support of our clients. Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. Listed below are skills, competencies, work experience, education, and required certifications/licensures needed to be successful in this position.

Conflict Management, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Management, Selling.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Bachelors

FINRA Series 7, 24 (or 9,10) and 66 (or 63,65) required.

Base Salary: $100,000.00 $190,000.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.

Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 05/27/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
