Team Lead the end‑to‑end digital transformation journey for enterprise clients. You will bridge the gap between high‑level business strategy (the "Why") and complex technical execution (the "How"), ensuring the digital workplace is scalable, governed, and widely adopted. Missions Strategic Advisory: Act as a lead consultant for stakeholders to align platform deployment with long‑term business goals and ROI. Discovery & Design: Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify organizational pain points and architect complex enterprise‑grade configurations, advanced information architecture, and global governance models. Implementation Management: Lead multiple concurrent SaaS deployments, managing technical specifications, data migrations, and cross‑functional alignment. Implementation Governance: Partner with the Project Manager to ensure technical delivery aligns with the strategic vision. You own the "What" and "How," while the PM manages the "When." Adoption & Enablement: Conduct product training and change management strategies designed to accelerate user activation and consistently scale Weekly Active Users (WAU) across all key personas (HR, IT, and Ops). Cross‑Functional Leadership: Act as the voice of the customer for Product and Engineering teams, turning field insights into repeatable methodologies and product enhancements. Skills 2-5 years proven track record in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or digital workplace delivery within enterprise environments. Consultative Expert: Exceptional ability to translate technical complexity into business value for both executive and operational audiences. Platform Savvy: Deep knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CMS, and digital workplace tools (e.g., LumApps, SharePoint, Simpplr, Unily, Igloo). Strategic Mindset: Strong skills in risk management, project prioritization, and the ability to drive clarity in highly ambiguous, multi‑stakeholder environments.
