Now Hiring: Structural / Architectural CAD Technician | Royal Palm Beach, FL
LHH is partnering with a growing, well-established engineering firm to add a CAD Technician to their team in Palm Beach County.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on design work, variety in projects, and real ownership across the full lifecycle—from early design through construction documents.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and updating drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
- Supporting civil, structural, and architectural projects
- Working on residential renovations, additions, and structural modifications
- Coordinating revisions and ensuring compliance with Florida Building Code
- Managing multiple projects and keeping deliverables on track
What they’re looking for:
- 5–8 years of experience in CAD drafting / construction documents
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency
- Exposure to permitting and building departments
- Understanding of structural elements and design fundamentals
- Ability to manage details, timelines, and quality standards independently
