Contract Recruiter

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading global CPG organization to add a Contract Recruiter supporting Supply Chain and plant hiring. This is a high‑visibility contract need on a corporate TA team that recently centralized plant recruiting. This role is ideal for a recruiter who can step in quickly, manage a high‑volume requisition load, and deliver strong stakeholder partnership with hiring leaders across supply chain operations. You’ll own full‑cycle recruiting end‑to‑end while building pipelines for hourly and professional supply chain/plant talent. What You’ll Do Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for Supply Chain and plant‑aligned requisitions. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business goals, calibrate profiles, and run efficient search strategies. Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques. Screen/interview candidates and provide hiring managers with clear, concise candidate summaries and recommendations. Drive candidate experience through consistent communication, scheduling coordination, and follow‑through. Use recruiting data and ATS/CRM best practices to track activity, pipeline health, and progress against hiring needs. What’s Needed 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (corporate/in‑house preferred). Demonstrated experience recruiting in Corporate Supply Chain and/or plant/operations environments. Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and comfort building passive pipelines. Experience working in an ATS/CRM environment (Workday/Phenom experience is a plus). Strong hiring manager partnership skills in a fast‑moving, high‑touch environment. What’s In It for You Compensation: $30–$40/hour. Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Downtown Chicago.
