The incumbent develops line team capability and technical understanding through data collection and loss analysis, and serves as the team’s expert in troubleshooting, centerline, and changeover processes. Accountability for data integrity and loss elimination supports overall line performance and business results. Responsibilities Actively participate in line Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and execute the daily plan, including setting priorities and allocating resources. Own the Centerline, Changeover, and Change Management DMSs for the line: data analysis, target management, document standards, line health checks, training, and coaching of line team members. Develop capability by training and coaching others on problem‑solving tools and techniques, changeovers, and centerline processes; own coaching during planned stops. Support the line team in developing line standards for centerline and changeovers; revise, audit, and update documents as necessary. Partner with the manufacturing line manager to prioritize loss‑elimination efforts based on data analysis (loss trees). Coach line operating teams on the technical understanding of line processes. Requirements High School Diploma (or GED) required. Bachelor’s Degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience preferred. 2+ years of continuous improvement/coaching experience in a high‑speed manufacturing environment. 2+ years of previous experience in a high‑speed manufacturing environment, including problem‑solving, troubleshooting techniques, quick changeover, and centerline process knowledge. 2+ years of progressive experience in beverage production, maintenance, and/or warehouse operations. Ability to complete complex projects quickly with deep understanding of business priorities. Ability to work nights and weekends as needed to support a 24/7 operation. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
