Opensity Solutions is seeking an Onsite Benefits Administrative Assistant in Nashville to manage employee benefits data, assist with leave policies, and support open enrollment. The role supports the Benefits Director and Sr.
Benefits Administrator, ensuring accurate HRIS records and timely benefit processing. The position requires 3+ years in benefits administration, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills, with physical ability to lift 40 lbs and move packages as needed.
