The Design team is a high-energy group of visual storytellers and systems thinkers who combine rigorous strategy with world-class creative craft. We don't just design logos; we build Living Systems of Experiences that breathe, move, and evolve across every touchpoint. We are looking for a Creative Director of Brand Design to join us: a visionary leader who is passionate about the intersection of strategy and soul. You will solve complex business challenges through unexpected visual solutions, turning high-level brand strategy into immersive, human-centric brand experiences.

In this role, you will focus on amplifying design excellence, leading multidisciplinary projects and client relationships, and shaping the creative vision for our clients. You will ensure excellence in execution, elevate strategic expression, and bridge creative thinking with tangible client objectives.

Your Role:

• Shape the Future: Play an active role in leading the growth of our design practice, pushing the boundaries of what a modern design system can be.
• Lead the Work: Direct medium-to-large scale engagements, from foundational visual identities and motion systems to complex digital and physical brand activations.
• Translate Strategy: Turn abstract strategic thinking into compelling visual identities that break the mold and create deep emotional connections.
• Collaborate & Infuse: Partner cross-functionally to ensure design thinking is woven into every aspect of a project, sharing and shaping your vision by co-creating with other departments and our clients.
• Champion Culture: Actively engage in our culture of feedback, fostering an environment where designers feel empowered to take creative risks.
• Mentor & Grow: Guide junior and senior designers in their craft, helping them navigate career growth and the nuances of creative leadership.
• Partner with Clients: Listen to and connect with client teams to clarify needs, confidently demonstrating how design solves business challenges and creates value.

Your Skills:

• Strategic Intuition: Strategy is your guiding star. You understand how to translate a brand's "Why" into a visual "How."
• Systems Thinker: You think beyond the single execution, building scalable, flexible design systems that thrive in a 2026 digital and physical landscape and beyond.
• Fearless Aesthetic Point of View: You aren't afraid to push for "real" and unfiltered aesthetics that cut through the noise of a polished world.
• Confident Leadership: You take a seedling of an idea, run with it, and inspire your team to reach the finish line.
• Client-Facing Expertise: You partner with clients for the long haul, leading workshops and coaching them through the creative process with clarity and empathy.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional design experience in a creative team environment—brand, digital, or integrated agency experience is a must.
• Expertise in the "Craft": Mastery of both Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Have a deep understanding of layout, typography, and a vision for how to direct teams to translate a visual language into motion/3D/ by leveraging AI-integrated workflows.
• Portfolio Excellence: A proven track record of leading visual work for national and global-level brands.
• Self-Starter Mentality: Adept at picking up and leading projects, managing timelines, and navigating ambiguity with a calm, confident presence.
• Collaborative Spirit: A team player who knows that the best work happens when different perspectives collide.
• Visionary Outlook: Excited by the opportunity to help shape the direction of a growing studio and passionate about the future of branding.

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000

• Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience – reach out to us to learn more.
