Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) seeks a Senior Associate General Counsel to assist the Chief General Counsel in providing expert legal strategy and advice on matters affecting DWSD. The role prosecutes and defends complex litigation, trains junior colleagues, and drafts pivotal legal documents with high independent judgment.
The position requires strong research, writing and litigation skills; it is not entry level and involves advising DWSD’s Board and managing outside counsel as
