Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for all. Your proactive communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently will drive our business development efforts and enhance customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your organizational talents and sales acumen will make a real impact. The schedule is Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm.

Duties

Manage and schedule appointments with clients, prospects, and internal teams using CRM software such as Salesforce
Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling to nurture leads and follow up on inquiries
Coordinate with sales team to ensure appointment accuracy and readiness
Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM systems, tracking appointment status and client preferences
Negotiate appointment times that align with client needs while optimizing team schedules
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience

Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, or appointment setting roles involving outbound calling or telemarketing
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing contacts and scheduling
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS!
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
