Required Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Experience or willingness to learn waterjet, CNC, plasma, or laser machine operation
• Basic computer proficiency
• Skilled in using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs safely
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus, with training available

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with waterjet cutting or similar manufacturing machinery
• Experience supporting quality checks and inspection processes
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing, CNC, laser, or plasma operations highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with blueprints and measurement tools

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to undergo training on 1st shift (MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM)
• Flexibility to work on swing shifts or the steady 2nd shift upon request
• Ability to support production goals while maintaining high safety standards
