IDD Crisis Case Manager: Stabilize & Support Clients
NorthKey Community Care
NorthKey Community Care seeks a full-time Case Manager for its IDD Crisis Program in Kentucky to monitor crisis support services and stabilize crises for IDD clients. A bachelor’s degree in a human services field and at least one year of IDD experience are required, with strong communication skills and a valid driver's license.
