Job Full Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Non-CDL Driver to transport goods efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles (vans or box trucks) in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
Load, transport, and unload goods or materials to designated locations
Plan and follow efficient routes and delivery schedules
Inspect vehicles before and after each trip; report maintenance issues
Maintain accurate delivery logs, route records, and fuel usage documentation
Provide professional and courteous service to customers and clients
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Assist with basic warehouse or loading tasks as needed

Qualifications

Valid state driver's license (CDL not required)
Clean driving record with no major violations
Previous delivery or driving experience
Ability to operate GPS devices and mobile applications
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs (or as required)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods
Comfortable driving for long periods of time

Pay $19/hr - 1st Shift
