10+ years of PMO experience , preferably within banking or financial services
Strong experience supporting regulatory, risk, compliance, or audit-driven programs
Deep knowledge of PMO best practices , including RAID management, governance, reporting, and financial tracking
Proven ability to establish and manage program governance frameworks , including RAID logs, issue escalation, and decision logs
Experience maintaining integrated program plans , milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Ability to prepare senior management and executive-level dashboards , including status, risks, milestones, and financials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with strong executive-facing experience
Demonstrated capability to proactively identify, track, and escalate program risks and issues
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and PMO tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Clarity, Jira - PMO usage)
Experience working with U.S. banking regulators (e.g., FRB, OCC, FDIC) is a strong plus
