Functional Family Therapist

Eckerd Connects seeks a Functional Family Therapist to strengthen families and improve child wellbeing within our Community & Social Services team. In this full-time role, you will provide in-home Functional Family Therapy (FFT), conduct assessments, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help youth and caregivers build healthier relationships. You will coordinate community resources, collaborate with schools and courts, and maintain clear clinical documentation. Eckerd Connects offers a supportive, team-focused culture with opportunities for innovation, supervision, and professional growth in a mission-driven nonprofit setting.
