Senior Project ManagerWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.The primary responsibility of the Senior Project Manager will be to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all T&D substation projects. This will include managing the project team, developing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for communicating with clients and stakeholders, resolving project issues, and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the T&D substation industry, as well as experience in managing complex projects. You must also be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all T&D substation projectsManage the project team, develop project schedules and budgets, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budgetCommunicate with clients and stakeholders, resolve project issues, and ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of qualityQualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field5+ years of experience in the T&D substation industryExperience in managing complex projectsStrong leadership and communication skills
