Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate required
• Demonstrated experience or training in special education, particularly with autism support
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction to students with autism spectrum disorders
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals (PCAs) to create a supportive, structured environment
• Develop and execute IEPs tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges
• Partner closely with families, support staff, and administration to foster student growth
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
