Physical Therapist / Multiple Settings

A community-focused healthcare organization in Central California, near Soledad , is seeking multiple full-time Physical Therapists to join its rehabilitation team. There are currently three permanent PT openings , including a hospital-based opportunity. These positions are ideal for Physical Therapists who enjoy hands-on patient care, individualized treatment planning, and helping patients improve strength, mobility, coordination, pain, and overall function.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy services.
• Develop individualized treatment programs based on clinical findings and functional goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and modalities designed to improve strength, range of motion, coordination, mobility, and body alignment.
• Help patients manage pain and improve overall movement and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, exercises, mobility, and functional goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to support continuity of care.
• Practice in accordance with the California Physical Therapy Practice Act.

• 3 full-time Physical Therapist positions
• Includes 1 hospital-based Physical Therapist opening
• Permanent employment

Minimum Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and other clinical staff.

Compensation

• $123,635 to $163,508 annually
• Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
