Execute the set up of new vendors and individual items to broaden our market selection. Maintain the product catalog by up dating costs, retail pricing, and technical content. Coordinate and manage the logistics for new product introductions (NPI) to ensure timely market entry. Manage and audit product images and digital content to ensure high-quality presentation. Act as a primary point of contact for vendor partners to resolve inquiries and maintain healthy professional relationships. Serve as a trained backup for the Control Buyer and assist with strategic special projects. Serve as a trained backup for the Control Buyer and assist with strategic special projects. Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, global procurement or manufacturing environment. Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (ideally Oracle EBS). Proven experience executing procurement needs specifically for new product introduction programs. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a collegial, team-centric environment. High level of self-motivation and a sharp eye for detail when managing complex datasets. Pluses A foundational understanding of data management and experience using Access or basic SQL for database queries. While Oracle is preferred, experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
