Suzie’s Diner is a busy, well-established breakfast and lunch restaurant in Hudson, NH. We are looking for a reliable and motivated line cook to join our team.

This is a  part-time position to start , with the opportunity to grow into  full-time for the right person .

We operate in a fast-paced kitchen focused on consistency, teamwork, and quality. If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a solid crew, we’d love to meet you.

What to expect:

• Fast-paced breakfast & lunch service
• Morning/day shifts only (we close at 2pm — no nights)
• Consistent scheduling
• Team-oriented kitchen environment
• Opportunity for more hours and a full-time role

Responsibilities:

• Cook and prepare menu items to standard
• Maintain a clean and organized station
• Work efficiently during busy service
• Communicate with team members and expo
• Assist with light prep as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred (but not required for the right person)
• Ability to work weekends
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

Pay:
$18–$24/hour depending on experience
