- Extensive experience designing parts and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor
- Strong knowledge of iLogic, iParts, iAssemblies, Frame Generator, and best modeling practices
- Ability to generate accurate 3D models from existing equipment and customer specifications
- Experience creating detailed fabrication and manufacturing drawings
- Experience developing and maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Ability to coordinate with manufacturing and programming teams to ensure successful production
- Experience supporting engineering documentation throughout the manufacturing process
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing methods
- Ability to solve open-ended engineering challenges with minimal direction
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Design custom equipment from customer order specifications
- Create and maintain accurate 3D models and manufacturing documentation
- Generate fabrication drawings for production
- Maintain engineering BOMs throughout the design lifecycle
- Coordinate with CNC programming and manufacturing to ensure successful shop floor execution
- Enter and maintain engineering data within the ERP system
- Develop automation and process improvements using Autodesk Inventor iLogic
- Mentor junior engineers on CAD standards and best modeling practices
- Support engineering layouts, technical documentation, product improvements, and research & development projects
