Quality Inspector

Quality InspectorWe have availability on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control processes and the ability to analyze data effectively. The Quality Assurance Inspector will utilize precision measuring instruments and adhere to CGMP and HACCP guidelines to maintain product integrity.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process.Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to assess product dimensions.Analyze inspection data and report findings to management, identifying any areas for improvement.Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with QA/QC protocols.Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.Participate in training sessions related to quality assurance practices and standards.SkillsProficient in using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers.Strong understanding of quality control principles, including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).Ability to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions based on inspection results.Experience in quality inspection processes within a manufacturing environment is preferred.Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual accountability.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting of findings.Join our team as a Quality Assurance Inspector, where your expertise will contribute significantly to maintaining the highest
