General Manager/OperatorA General Manager/Operator is responsible for running day to day operations for the entire restaurant. Responsible for the entire P&L. Responsible for staffing and recruitment. On the shift, General Manager/Operators will be expected to work all positions in the store, supporting both the front and back of house.
