FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Floor Technician responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center, Seguin, TX. Location: 1215 East Court Street, Seguin, TX 78155. Schedule: Full‑time, 8:00 pm to 4:30 am; days may vary. Pay: $16.00 per hour (fixed). Essential Functions Maintain knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures, including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment. Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor surface areas. Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface treatment, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming. Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred. Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques. Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs. Benefits Uniforms provided. Benefit eligible. Shift differential.
