Integration Technician – Low VoltageThe integration team brings low voltage and AV systems expertise to create environments that facilitate meaningful worship experiences in new and existing church campuses. This team plays an integral role in providing on-site technical problem solving and is primarily responsible for delivering our mission of helping churches to our customers.We are looking to grow our integration team with low voltage technicians who have experience in structured cabling, AV, security, or related low voltage systems, and who are driven to apply their technical knowledge to help churches across the country.Essential Skills:Experience pulling, dressing, and terminating low voltage cable (audio, video, control, network, or similar)Familiarity with low voltage systems: AV, security, structured cabling, access control, or similarAble to take initiative and complete tasks independentlyExcellent communication, organization, and time management qualitiesAble to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely mannerWorks well as part of a team with other IntegratorsAble to receive and apply constructive feedbackExhibits leadership potentialCapacity to read project plans, low voltage schematics, and identify potential issuesMinimum Requirements:Minimum of High school diploma/GEDEntry level to mid-level low voltage experience (AV, security, structured cabling, or similar background welcome)Responsibilities:Efficiently installing technical infrastructure and production gearPermanently rigging audio, video, and lighting equipmentPulling, dressing, and terminating low voltage wire and cableDriving company trucks to and from projects, often pulling a trailer either locally or long distanceLoading and unloading trucks and trailersHandling/opening inventory and equipmentMaintaining a safe and productive work environment for self and othersCommunicating and working effectively as a teammateWorking at the warehouse to support the team when not assigned to a job siteIntegration preparation supportOther duties as assignedWork Environment:New construction, warehouse, existing constructionIntegrator job necessitates completing tasks in multiple, alternate, or off-site locationsAdverse environmental conditions caused by the construction and assembly of projects include and are not limited to: dirt, varying temperatures, fumes, vibration, dust, shavings, grease, and oilOn-site projects are managed under specified time constraints with other IntegratorsPhysical Demands:A significant amount of walking, standing, and liftingA fair amount of climbing, completing tasks in confined spaces, and pushing/pulling heavy objectsVarious construction equipment, tools, specialized testing equipment (cable testers, termination tools), as well as trucks, trailers, and lifts, are required to complete projects at job sites and in the warehousePosition Type & Expected Hours of Work:Full-TimeSchedule varies depending on customer needsTravel:3-4 weeks per monthLocal & DomesticBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysPaid leave benefitsProfessional development opportunitiesFlexible work environment
