This role serves as a key partner to attorneys, internal legal teams, and external stakeholders by leading and executing all aspects of the eDiscovery and litigation support lifecycle. The position blends hands‑on litigation support with strategic project management, ensuring defensible, efficient, and cost‑effective discovery practices while supporting broader litigation and records management needs. The ideal candidate brings deep eDiscovery expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to operate independently while advising legal teams on best practices, technology solutions, and process improvements. Lead end-to-end eDiscovery efforts, including data collection, processing, review, production, and trial support Assist attorneys with litigation, arbitration, subpoenas, and case management activities Manage and execute legal hold, document preservation, and records management processes Coordinate with outside counsel and vendors to track, manage, and control discovery materials Perform enterprise-wide document identification, collection, and preservation in connection with litigation matters Serve as the primary point of contact for eDiscovery matters across attorneys, internal teams, vendors, and consultants Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, estimates, and performance metrics Oversee managed review workflows to ensure quality, accuracy, appropriate scope, and on‑time delivery Manage vendor selection, performance, and invoice review to ensure cost control and efficiency Leverage eDiscovery platforms and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Relativity, TAR/CAL, AI‑assisted review technologies) Troubleshoot technical issues related to databases, load files, and discovery systems Maintain working knowledge of FRCP, eDiscovery law, data privacy requirements, and emerging technologies Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices within eDiscovery and litigation support processes Consult with legal teams and stakeholders to design strategic, cost‑effective discovery approaches Provide training and guidance on litigation support tools, workflows, and best practices Conduct legal research and analysis and assist in preparing reports, updates, and metrics for leadership Education What you'll bring to the team... Bachelor’s degree required Work Experience 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related roles Strong experience using Relativity eDiscovery platforms Experience using Microsoft electronic document management systems including Microsoft Purview Demonstrated project management experience across multiple complex matters Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently It would be even better if you also had...
