Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hendersonville, TN, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion. Tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with clients and stakeholders; supervising subcontractors; ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards; and conducting regular inspections to ensure the project meets specifications and requirements. Effective communication and leadership are essential for success in this position. Qualifications Experience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executing complex projects Proficiency in Expediting and serving as an Expeditor for project logistics, supply chains, and materials management Expertise in Inspection processes to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications Strong knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee the flow of resources and coordinate efficient project operations Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, clients, and subcontractors Proficiency in construction project management software and tools Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred Prior on-site construction management experience is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr Synectics Inc.
