They are the first and last face the guests interact with and will be their "go-to" person throughout their experience. The Service Assistant eloquently introduces the concept of the wine bar and philosophy of Crenn, and will educate themselves on the dietary restrictions and celebrations of their guests. The Service Assistant also acts as a liaison between the culinary team and server assistants to make sure the ballet of food and service are properly executed.
