Service Crew MemberWe are seeking energetic, friendly, and reliable Service Crew members to join our team! As part of our front-of-house staff, you will ensure guests have a fun and memorable dining experience by providing excellent service, from welcoming them to assisting with menu selections and delivering orders promptly. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver food and beverages to tables quickly and correctly Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant each shift Work collaboratively with kitchen and fellow service staff Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred (but not required — we can train!)
