Seeking professional Restaurant Server / Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff with fine dining experience. This is a very important role for us and we rely heavily on our serving staff. They manage the pulse of the dining room and ensure patrons have a memorable dining experience. Waterbar is looking for qualified and energetic Restaurant Server / Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff capable of providing elegant service in our spectacular dining room, but also able to keep up with the pace of a very busy and a bit more casual patio service. Must be available for lunch and weekend brunch shifts. Some evening shifts may be open for the right candidate. Restaurant Server / Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff is generally offered on a part‑time basis. Requirements/Responsibilities At least 5 years of experience at a fine dining establishment A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience Punctual, patient, and mindful Good understanding of wine and beer Working knowledge of and experience with point of sales systems Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Good team player Provide warm, professional & knowledgeable service Make informed recommendations to maximize the guest's enjoyment of their experience at Waterbar. Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
