Physician Family Practice-Geriatrics - Competitive Salary

Job Description:

• Maintain participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and other third party payer programs as required by administration

• 1:7 call, including some weekends
• Provide direct services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning and treatment 
• Provide procedural services within the scope of specialty training and clinical competence
• Communicate appropriately, following confidentiality guidelines, with internal and external providers to ensure quality and continuity of care Participate in the education of health professions students assigned to site rotations
• Medical record documentation will be in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain an active Pennsylvania physician license, board certification in family medicine specialty, and controlled substance registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration. Abide by the credentialing and re-credentialing policy.

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

• Board Certified in Family Medicine -  REQUIRED
• PA license (or willing to obtain) -  REQUIRED
• DEA (or able to obtain) -  REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice and Licensing History -  REQUIRED
