Quality Improvement Analyst

To support high-quality, person-centered care, the full-time Quality Improvement Analyst will analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate across the organization to implement data-informed strategies, all while working remotely from specific states. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison with payers and state/county agencies to address audits and quality improvement opportunities Analyze data from audits and corrective action plans to identify trends and recommend targeted quality improvement initiatives Lead and manage quality projects, including task delegation and team coordination from the QCO workplan Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience/training 1-3 years of experience in quality improvement Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation Knowledge of regulations and internal policies related to quality improvement Able to work within tight timeframes and prioritize multiple assignments
