1. st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2. nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM

We are hiring skilled TIG Welders (GTAW) for temp-to-perm opportunities in Orlando, FL. This position is ideal for experienced welders who take pride in producing high-quality, precision welds while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform GTAW (TIG) welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and specialty metals. Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, engineering drawings, and weld procedures. Prepare materials by grinding, fitting, aligning, and beveling components prior to welding. Weld pipe, tubing, plate, and fabricated assemblies while ensuring proper penetration and weld quality. Inspect finished welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications. Operate welding and fabrication equipment, including grinders, measuring tools, and cutting equipment. Follow OSHA safety standards, welding procedures, and quality requirements. Complete production and inspection documentation accurately. Collaborate with fabrication, quality, and production teams to meet project objectives. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of TIG (GTAW) welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum. Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to pass welding qualification tests.
