Corporate Accountant

The Accountant role supports the organization’s financial integrity by producing financial reports, maintaining an accurate accounting record system, and managing controls and budgets in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Key Responsibilities Perform accounts receivable functions including invoicing, manual check application, aging reports, and account reconciliation. Enter routine journal entries, bank transactions, and AP bills/credit card transactions as needed. Conduct month‑end closing and reconciliation activities. Reconcile, investigate, correct, and adjust accounting information. Perform bank reconciliation. Provide support to departmental peers as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 1–2 years of accrual‑basis accounting experience (accounts receivable, journal entries, month‑end closing, and bank reconciliation). Reliable attendance and strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, manage projects, and proofread detailed work. Effective in fast‑paced environments, with organization, prioritization, and independent work capabilities. Self‑motivated and directed to meet deadlines. Eligibility and Background Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation (with fingerprint) and a drug screening; offers contingent on results.
