Billing Clerk – Los Angeles, CA Salary range in CA: $55,000 – $65,000. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Basic editing of bills in the 3E system Assist in finalising bills Pull back up receipts in Chrome River Perform basic accounting tasks Prepare accruals Prepare basic Excel reports Opportunity to perform procedures in e-billing hub and third-party sites Assist the Finance department with ad-hoc tasks as required Knowledge, Skills and Experience Associate degree in Accounting, Business or a related field (four‑year college degree preferred) Final‑year students eligible for an internship position Understanding of accounting principles (AR) and legal terminology Previous accounting experience (including strong internships) is a plus; billing experience will be strongly considered Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask Detail‑ and deadline‑oriented Good oral and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Capacity to follow instructions and work independently within the role, and as directed Flexible, adaptable, with an attitude of teamwork and cooperation Benefits We offer an excellent salary and benefits package.
