Job Summary : ICS Corporation is seeking a dependable and versatile Building Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team. This hands-on position combines industrial electrical maintenance with general facility maintenance to support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our warehouse and production facilities.
Strong industrial electrical skills and troubleshooting experience are required for this position. Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment.
- Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, motor controls, sensors, VFDs, and related components.
- Assist with electrical installations, wiring modifications, equipment upgrades, and repairs.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Ensure electrical work is performed safely and in accordance with applicable codes and company standards.
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
- Maintain and repair lighting, plumbing fixtures, doors, docks, walls, ceilings, and other building infrastructure.
- Assist with HVAC systems, air compressors, and other facility support equipment.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and adjustments on production equipment.
- Assist with equipment moves, facility improvement projects, painting, and miscellaneous repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and assist with emergency repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with production and other departments to address maintenance needs.
- Strong industrial electrical skills and hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience are required.
- Technical school training, apprenticeship, or equivalent industrial electrical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, motor controls, sensors, VFDs, and electrical components.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems using electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to safely operate power tools, hand tools, and electrical testing equipment.
Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour
