Associate Property ManagerWhat this job involves:As an Associate Property Manager at JLL, you will play a vital supporting role in the daily operations of an Industrial portfolio. As an administrative leader, you will oversee the property in the absence of the Property Manager or General Manager. Additionally, you’ll work closely with tenants, vendors and engineers, and learn valuable skills while drafting vital financial reports. This position is a great learning opportunity and can serve as a springboard to leadership roles in Property Management at JLL. What your day-to-day will look like:Facilitate communication between tenants and management team, addressing inquiries and coordinating service requests in a timely mannerSupport financial management activities including invoice processing, budget tracking, and preparation of monthly operating reportsCoordinate and conduct vendor walk-throughs to assess project scope, review site requirements, and ensure alignment with specificationsPerform regular site inspections to monitor property conditions, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standardsPrepare and execute service contracts, ensuring all terms, pricing, and scope details are accurately documented and approvedOversee project execution from initiation through completion, tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standardsAssist with lease administration tasks including document preparation, tenant move-in coordination, and file managementHelp facilitate tenant events and building communications to enhance community engagement and satisfactionMaintain detailed records of vendor interactions, site observations, and project milestones to support operational reporting and accountabilityAll other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operationsOn-site presence requiredComplete job description available on JLL's internal portalRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related fieldReal Estate license required within 6 months of hire date1-2 years of property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant or resident relations1-2 years of experience in budgeting, invoicing and financial reportingStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindset with ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectivelyTravel to client sites regularly, with typical travel averaging 75% of work timeValid driver's license for travel between property sitesPreferred qualifications:Previous experience in commercial managementFamiliarity with property management software systems such as Yardi, MRI, or similar platformsSchedule: First shift, Monday – FridayFlexibility to Travel: Must have flexibility to travel to different building locationsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
