Job Description As an Event Specialist , you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional and community events while ensuring every detail contributes to a successful experience. Responsibilities Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events from start to finish. Assist with event setup, logistics, scheduling, and on-site operations. Maintain event materials, displays, and promotional resources. Track event performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure all events reflect company standards and professionalism. Support administrative tasks related to event coordination and planning.
