Position Maintenance Technician Location Baton Rouge, LA Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Description We have an immediate opening for a qualified Maintenance Specialist. Resposibilities will include: Ability to schedule, perform and monitor preventative maintenance and apartment turnovers Diagnoses and corrects problems in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliances Promptly responds to work order requests Oversees that residential units have been turned in a timely matter and work has been completed properly Promotes quality living experience for all residents by using excellent customer service skills Performs emergency maintenance work when paged Continuous inspection of buildings, grounds and safety for property and alerts maintenance to any repairs needed Assists supervisor with scheduling and communication of contractors and vendors May be requested by supervisor to perform other tasks as needed from time to time Position Requirements This position is currently accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr A.
