As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission. About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in North Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to children with autism. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality behavioral therapy to children with autism in a home-based or clinic setting Develop and maintain a strong understanding of each client's unique needs and goals Work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure consistent and effective treatment Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and therapy sessions Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in behavioral sciences or related field preferred Completion of a registered behavior technician certification program, such as the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Must be at least 18 years of age What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment A chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism #J-18808-Ljbffr Aim Higher ABA
