Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States Company: Aim Higher ABA - LV/IN About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Aim Higher ABA Therapy in Las Vegas, Nevada. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism learn and thrive through individualized consultation and intervention services. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children ages 2-12 with autism, focusing on behavioral goals and outcomes Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Managers Collect and record data on client progress, identifying areas of improvement and communicating with team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment, adhering to all necessary protocols and procedures Collaborate with families to ensure a smooth transition of services and provide ongoing support Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills Requirements: Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (n/a years of experience) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment: As a Part-Time RBT, you will work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our clients.
