ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I'm excited to be building a brand-new agency with a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years in corporate State Farm, served in ministry, and worked as a State Farm team member. Those experiences shaped my passion for serving others, developing people, and building meaningful relationships. I'm also the proud father of four young children, and when I'm not at the office, you'll usually find me enjoying cars and the automotive community.

Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I stay active with local schools, participate in and sponsor Cars & Coffee Texas events, and enjoy connecting with people through community activities and outreach.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Bobby Hudson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
