As a Marketing and Enrollment Area (M&E) Area Manager, you will be responsible for the school‑based marketing and enrollment efforts at CSUSA schools in your assigned area, ultimately driving enrollment to reach programmatic capacity. How You Will Impact Education Marketing and Enrollment (M&E) Area Subject Matter Expert and Point of Contact Creates strong working relationships with stakeholders and maintains consistent communication. Meets with state and school stakeholders to work on the development and execution of marketing plans, prioritizing efforts and advising on future strategy. Provides day‑to‑day local/school marketing and enrollment support and offers ongoing guidance. Collaborates with National M&E to ensure local alignment with corporate strategy, best practices, and policies, maximizing scalability and ROI. Maintains knowledge of market insights and innovative M&E developments, recommending strategies that improve relevance and performance. Acts as a conduit of information and insights between local, state/area, and national teams. Supports cross‑functional national marketing efforts that affect local schools. Serves as the agency/vendor’s single point of contact to facilitate local/school operations. Updates board stakeholders on market insight, M&E performance, and future direction as needed. Collaboratively develops and oversees fully integrated school M&E plans, leveraging school identities and consumer understanding. Supports annual marketing and enrollment budget efforts and oversees management at the school level. Attends professional development opportunities to update skills and understanding of M&E practices and CSUSA software and hardware. Awareness and Consideration of CSUSA Schools (Marketing) Helps school develop or refine school identities. Communicates CSUSA and school branding policies, standards, and reviews school content and creative accordingly. Works with nationally approved marketing/creative agencies to provide creative direction for web designs, collateral, and ad campaigns. Identifies needs for and manages the development of marketing assets such as collateral and signage. Consults on local outreach and partnership opportunities, including promotions. Ensures schools are properly equipped with material to excel, including signage, presentations, emails, and flyers. Advises on PR opportunities in the area and collaborates with PR agencies or contractors. Works with local stakeholders to identify digital needs and insights for SEO, landing pages, and integration opportunities. Supports national digital and media efforts, ensuring integration and monitoring of readiness. Assists in digital and media execution and optimization, ensuring creative assets and links are appropriate. Leads set‑up and testing for digital campaigns, performing quality checks on URLs and UTM parameters. Identifies state/area and national scalability opportunities to improve cost efficiency. Acquisition and Retention of Students (Conversion/Enrollment) Develops, counsels, and monitors funnel conversion strategies that fuel conversion and retention. Leverages CRM for conversion strategies and monitors CRM activity to improve performance. Oversees and manages CSUSA school enrollment processes to meet enrollment goals and implements quality assurance measures. Counsels schools to develop annual marketing and enrollment plans to recruit and retain families at the school level. Provides ongoing counsel and oversight of school recruitment events. Leads resources and accountability for schools to have personnel and technology that support enrollment goals. Identifies enrollment and retention best practices. Enrollment Systems and Records Management and Reporting Monitors and reports on M&E performance and ROI, including leads, applications, cost per lead/acquisition, and conversion metrics. Collaborates with schools and national stakeholders to ensure alignment of metrics, reporting, and initiatives. Maintains knowledge and skills to manage enrollment systems and train staff on records and information management. Ensures compliance with district, state, federal, and CSUSA regulations regarding student records (e.g., FERPA). Oversees district and state submissions for school funding under master scheduling and course coding. Assists schools with district audits. Coordinates with CSUSA departments (e.g., food services, academics) for PowerSchool integration. Clears CSUSA and district error reports to maintain system integrity. Serves as lead expert for enrollment systems across CSUSA, parishes, and districts. Develops training resources such as manuals in coordination with national teams. Supports regulatory and law enforcement personnel in locating students. Monitors systems to ensure effective workflows, scheduling, processing, and data migration. Training and Development Onboards, trains, and develops school marketing and enrollment personnel. Oversees ongoing training for M&E activities (CRM, data cleanup, reporting, and state reporting). Coaches and mentors school-based marketing and enrollment personnel. Required Qualifications And Skills Experience in integrated / omnichannel marketing. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Digital marketing experience, including designing and monitoring campaigns, website, email, and social platforms. Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills; Spanish is a plus. Strong project management, process, and meeting facilitation skills. Proficiency in marketing analytics and data monitoring. Innovative, process‑oriented mindset. Capability to manage multiple overlapping projects on budget, schedule, and scope. Commitment to continuous improvement. Resourcefulness, problem‑solving, and change‑management skills. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent. 5+ years of general marketing strategy and support experience, including integrated plans. 3+ years of sales or enrollment experience. 2+ years of digital experience, including SEM/SEO, paid and organic social media campaigns, and digital content. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and aligning projects. Budget management experience. Marketing operations and analytics experience. Project management responsibilities. Experience working with agencies and contractors. Microsoft Office proficiency. Service industry experience and matrix organization experience (plus). Adobe Illustrator, SharePoint, CRM, and graphic design experience (plus). May perform other duties assigned. Physical Demands No physical exertion required. Travel within or outside of state. Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
