Associate Director, Clinical Scientist, Immunology

Regeneron seeks an Associate Director, Clinical Scientist to lead immunology clinical development programs. The role involves designing and executing internal medicine studies, ensuring scientific integrity, collaborating across functional teams, and supporting both early and late-phase asset development.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to clinical study development, evaluation, planning and execution for immune/inflammatory programs
- Author and review clinical trial protocols, expanded synopses, and regulatory documents with minimal guidance
- Participate in program meetings, scientific advisory boards, and data safety monitoring committees
- Design clinical research studies leveraging scientific expertise and supporting literature
- Conduct medical data review and develop medical monitoring plans for assigned studies
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life science or healthcare (PhD, PharmD, or MSc preferred)
- 10+ years pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience
- Immunology clinical trials experience preferred
- Proficient knowledge of drug development, GCP, study design, and medical writing
- Global clinical trial execution and program management experience
- Strong team player with professional diplomacy and cross-functional influence skills
