Material Coordinator

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct parts physical inventory cycle counts and complete forms to initiate corporate level inventory adjustments
• Process transfers in and out of parts inventory and process parts sale transactions
• Create purchase orders, including accurate quantities and pricing
• Open and maintain work orders for all fleet, vehicle, preparation for sale and customer owned assets
• Operate all types of material handling equipment such as: forklift trucks, hoists, and/or pump trucks as directed
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organizational needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Certified tow-motor operator with 3+ months experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing, automation, or assembly environment

Day In The Life

In this role, the working environment is a combination of hot and cold with exposure to elements such as: noise, dust, and brightly lit areas and the physical demands may include but not limited to regularly lifting and/or moving up to 35 pounds, standing for long periods, and occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
